Vault Foundations Program

Our entry-level program guides teams through their first model migration into SynthVault. Over six weeks, your ML engineers work alongside our vault specialists to catalogue existing model assets, configure access policies, and establish version control workflows.

The program includes hands-on workshops in our Vancouver model registry lab, where participants learn vault navigation, dataset tagging, and deployment manifest creation. By completion, your team will have at least ten models secured in the vault with full audit trails.

This is a technology enablement program — not a marketing or creative services engagement. We focus exclusively on infrastructure, governance, and secure deployment practices.

Governance Accelerator

For organisations with established ML pipelines, the Governance Accelerator program implements enterprise-wide policy frameworks across your entire model portfolio. We configure role-based access controls, approval workflows for production deployments, and automated compliance scanning against your internal standards.

Participants attend governance training sessions where they learn to define vault policies, set up evaluation gates, and configure alerting for anomalous access patterns. The program typically spans twelve weeks and supports up to fifty concurrent vault users.

Canadian privacy requirements under PIPEDA are integrated throughout — including consent tracking for training datasets and data residency configuration for sensitive model artefacts.

Enterprise Vault Partnership

Our flagship program for large organisations managing hundreds of models across multiple business units. The Enterprise Vault Partnership includes dedicated vault architects, quarterly governance reviews, custom integration development, and priority incident response.

Partners receive access to our audit module with real-time compliance dashboards, automated policy drift detection, and executive reporting packages. We work with your security and legal teams to align vault controls with organisational risk frameworks.
